All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Information

We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders.

Your order may be subject to import duties or taxes (including VAT), depending on your country’s regulations. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@vanguardmen.com with your name and order number. Our team will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.


Returns & Refunds

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. You will be refunded the full order amount.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@vanguardmen.com with your order number and photos of the product. Each case is reviewed individually, but we will always do our best to make it right.
